This focuses on sequencing of operations. The risk of occurrence of errors is reduced by sequencing of operations.

There are a couple of constraints that should be managed very well. Warning systems are used to manage these parameters. Time, scope and costs are the major parameters that the system manages. This is done so as reduce the delays in completion of various operations. A warning is issued in the event that the thresholds are exceeded.

There are several resources that are used in the process of bringing up different projects. Human resources form the core of most of operations. The approximation of costs and benefits are produced after the estimation process. The expected results form a very great background of evaluating the achievement of objectives. The actual results are compared with the expected results. This forms the basis of evaluation of achievement of objectives.
